1. Information we collect
When you create an account or use Reset Readiness, we collect:
- Account information: your name and email address, used to log in and identify your progress.
- Assessment and practice data: your Reset Readiness scores, the skills you practice, your 7-day habit tracker activity, and any written reflections you submit.
- AI coach conversations: the messages you send to and receive from the Penny AI coach.
- Technical information: standard information your browser or device sends automatically, such as general usage patterns on the site, used to keep the application working correctly.
If you were referred through a client event or organization, we may also receive the event or organization name associated with your access, so we can grant you the right level of access.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the Reset Readiness experience: your profile, your skill recommendations, and your progress tracking.
- To power the AI coach, which uses your assessment results and practice history to have a relevant conversation with you.
- To send you occasional progress and re-engagement emails. You can opt out of these at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
- To maintain and improve Reset Readiness, including reviewing aggregate usage patterns across all users, not individual conversations.
- To provide consolidated, organization-level reporting where applicable, described in full below.
3. Reporting to organizations and event sponsors
Your individual results are never shared with your employer, event sponsor, or any other person. When an organization licenses Reset Readiness for their leaders, the reporting they receive is limited to data that has been consolidated into categories across the full group. This includes things like participation rates, the distribution of growth areas across the group, and average scores by skill category.
Specifically, organization reporting:
- Never displays an individual's name alongside their assessment scores, reflections, or AI coach conversations.
- Never displays a single person's practice history in a way that could be traced back to them.
- Is only generated when the group being reported on is large enough that an individual's results cannot reasonably be inferred from the aggregate. We do not produce a group report for cohorts below our minimum reporting size.
- Draws only on assessment scores and practice activity, never on the content of a reflection or an AI coach conversation, which stay private to you.
If your organization wants to offer additional coaching or support based on group trends, that conversation happens with Penny Zenker International directly, using the consolidated data described above, never your individual results.
4. AI coaching data
The Penny AI coach is built on Anthropic's Claude API. Your messages, along with relevant context like your assessment results and skills practiced, are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. This exchange is covered by Anthropic's commercial API terms, under which your data is not used to train Anthropic's underlying models. See our AI Usage Policy for more detail on how the coach works and its limitations.
6. Data retention and your choices
We retain your account and practice data for as long as your account is active, so your progress carries forward. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing pennya@pennyskeynote.com. We will confirm your request and remove your personal data from active systems, other than information we are required to keep for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
9. Children's privacy
Reset Readiness is designed for working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Reset Readiness evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
